Got my period while on a kitchen shift, told them I needed to go home. Was told to “hurry up and get your butt back here”

For context, we have plenty of people on staff today and I'm wearing the one pair of pants they provide. I'm not allowed to wear my own restaurant kitchen pants. I have to walk a mile and a half then bus the rest of it. So why tf would I wash my clothes, and go all the way back for the remaining 4 hours of my shift?? Not to mention they do not adhere to my given availability, scheduling me more than they should (close to full time hours) and still giving me part time pay. (Full time makes more per hour than part time by several dollars) As if hormones weren't enough for the day, I'm seriously agitated rn.
