Got promoted but kinda disappointed I’ll be doing 2 jobs for a very slight pay raise

Got promoted from my job to a leadership position, I’ll still be doing my current job but I also lead the meetings among other people that do my job. I get paid 50 cents more per hour. There’s another leadership position higher up, but it requires hundreds of supervision hours and a certification. I’m really antsy to move up beyond my current role because it can be really exhausting
