Been dealing with an impatient supervisor for the past week at my 5 month old job. The problem working in a production factory is you're not doing the same thing every day and you're expected to know everything within a short term even though it's highly skilled where I met but it's debatable if it's worth the stress.
The guy has been short with me for the past week and I confronted him and I didn't appreciate it. Ultimately he told me to get the fuck out because I didn't agree with this approach. Might be time to wrap up with factory work.
