How do I even respond to this? This seems more like a failure to hire a maintenance person to me, but I could be wrong. It’s my first job so I don’t have much experience in this regard.

I noticed you left some boxes in the small conference room by your office. They have been there for some time.
I believe we had discussed previously when we (support staff i.e., Admin, IT, etc.) have boxes or empty boxes while doing our job, it is expected that each person takes their boxes down to the dumpster in the alley. It is also expected as support staff that we would do those things for the engineers and staff that are directly billable or charging to projects. It is our job to support our staff.
There are times when we have guests that need office space, and we would have them utilize that office space. We would want it presentable for our employees and guests.
Can you please take care of those boxes?
