I kindly asked the supply coordinator to provide paper towels for a small break-room in our office (not the main one) and the budget person/ administrative services officer replied saying to bring our own “sorry”. Our program budget hasn’t changed and we have the money to staff 6 more employees, sooo why can’t they spare $5 ??? Is this legal?
