So I don't know if I can ask this here but it feels more right than NoStupidQuestions. So one of the managers at my first job was pretty cool. She was actually the one who taught me that I had a right to talk about my wages with coworkers. Another thing she told me was to never do group interviews. Either they are planning to hire everyone (toxic work environment) or the interviewer will pick a person from the group within the first 30 seconds and the rest will be basically wasting their time. I've kept that advice with me every since. I have left every time I've found myself in a group interview. After leaving the last one (number 3 in the past 2 weeks) I'm wondering if I should drop it. The only other interviews I've gotten have been scams and it's getting frustrating.
The actual question I guess is what do you think of group interview?
