I hate my company. With an absolute passion, as I've realized no matter how much revenue I make them, they just don't give a sh**.
I received amazing offers from 2 other companies, only to have both offers pulled this week because these 2 other companies have something in their contracts with my company that they can't hire anyone from my company without properly notifying my company in advance as part of their non-poaching policies.
They didn't actively recruit me, I actively approached them when I saw that there were great next step opportunities at either of the 2 companies.
Part of me wants to say F*** it, notify them, I really don't care, however, if something doesn't happen with either of these offers, my current employer will make my life into a much more living hell.
