Had a 40lb box of stock fall on my head, knocking my neck back on a shelf. Next day I started vomiting and feeling weak and went to the hospital, afraid I was suffering from hemorrhaging. All while shift supervisor and team leader laughed it off and put more work on me.

At this point I want to try and plan reporting this to OSHA. How the boxes were stacked, if not me then someone else could've suffered the same too. I'm just honestly worried and scared about what the doctors might find when they finish their tests. So afraid at the moment, I have my bf with me at my side while he's holding and comforting me. I just don't know what to think anymore, I'm so shaken from this and unsure of what steps to take. Do I file this under workman's compensation? I hear you can get screwed over on it, but I dunno what else to do. I can't afford this visit in the first place but I'm just so sick and weak.
