Had a mental breakdown at work, how do I go about protecting myself?

Hi everyone, I work at a company (in the US) that has currently been in the news due to their union busting activity. I had a big mental breakdown, I didn't hurt or harass anyone. But I tend to have problems with controlling my tone when I'm upset or stressed, so I apparently was coming off as aggressive. I was sent home and, given some of their talk of contacting the DM, I have a feeling they are going to try and fire me over it. What should I do to protect myself in case they do? I have yet to be able to check my hours for the day, but there is a chance I was worked for 3+ hours with no break as I clocked on early. I was also being told the I need to take a medical leave of absence and that I had to wait…
