i got interviewed by a fat bastard who kept two warm Greggs sausage rolls right in front of me on his desk while he done the interview.
man didnt listen to me answer the questions and wrote a '-' as an answer after he interrupts me 4/5 times while im answering his question, saying 'he didnt want a job description, he wanted examples' and if he wasnt interrupting me he'd have had what he wanted. he keeps interrupting like hes testing me as part of the interview. the guy must be an alien when it comes to conversations. i finished giving him my example and he repeats his looking for examples line and all i can say is “what i just told you” and he writes his '-'.
i called him out on not listening and asked him why he wrote a dash, where the other question he wrote paragraphs that reflected my answer, and he fobbed me off. i recognise that the interview was hopeless now, i could continue with a dash and score low and fail or i end the interview and fail, so i ended the interview.
as im leaving, hes asking me why i felt that way (why i felt he wasnt listening), why am i leaving, and rather than repeat what i had just told him a moment before when im calling him out, like he wasnt a part of the interview, and part of me is thinking is this a job interview challenge this goading, i instead call him all of my go-to descriptive swear words.
triggered my ADHD, islamic ass. he wore the dreggs of his coffee on his shirt, his two sausage rolls got scrunched into one and yeeted in his face and i decorated the wall with his coffee cup. man was trying to get into the elevator with me after this too like thats a sensible thing to do.
Sky had me watch a 6minute video of Leeds staff saying how diverse and inclusive and respectful of mental health Sky was and then im looking at the marking criteria wondering how people with mental health conditions can ever score a job at Sky.
though i do recognise that i am a particular case of nutty. sorry for the foul language.
