Asked the gal at the front twice if there was 1st shift work available. First time she says she can't discuss that without an app on file. Ok whatever filled it out. Asked her a second time and she says we need to schedule an interview to discuss that. Ok whatever drove home and came back for the interview next day only to be told no first shift work was available in 30 seconds of sitting down.
So I ask if there was any reason I couldn't have been told that yesterday when I asked twice and was given a very confident I don't know, sorry, but I can keep your application on file for any 1st shift positions, I told her “hell no, sorrys don't put gas in Al (my 05 Altima) and if y'all think it's ok to waste people's time like this you can just go ahead and file my app in the green bin, I don't want to work for you idiots.”
Fuck em. Thanks for reading my rant, I know it's way less juicy than most, but I'm significantly less irritated.
