Been at this part time job since I was 16 (3 years) with no contract for £7 an hour for 8 hours a week (6 before I turned 18), it’s been hell the whole time but I persevered bc I was a kid with no money. Finally found a job in the sector I’m studying in (still shit but better) and gave in my notice. Since I don’t have a contract I am allowed to give a weeks notice. She is insisting on a month. “Notice is a month” actually fuck off. Never been told this, never signed any forms or contracts.
Idk what to do, too nervous to tell her to piss off but I cannot do this anymore. Shout out to all the asshole bosses out there
