Handed in my notice and helped other colleagues find and apply for new jobs. Now I’ve been referred to HR and under investigation

Since I handed in my notice management have been rather hostile, mainly petty things like regarding shifts to give me the worst or declaring lunches are now scheduled with mine being at a stupid time etc. Usual management bs basically. Then one of my colleagues handed in their notice and told them I helped them apply as their worth more than what we are currently on. Excellent sentiment but bad for me it seems. Now I've got a HR meeting Monday after they tried a suprise one this afternoon, I told them I was unprepared and wouldn't be answering questions without a rep – hence the Monday appointment. Looks like my conduct and “previous complaints” and now under investigation and I think they're pushing for me to get dismissed. Jokes on them, I know another of the team has just accepted a new position and is just waiting on a…

For reference, I'm in sunny old England so my notice is 8 weeks and my new job has a start date to match. So cant just walk out unfortunately.
