Been given a job offer today for a great company who offer flexible working, loads of employee benefits (including sick pay) and everyone I spoke to during the interview process said it's one of the best places they have ever worked. Tomorrow morning I get to hand in my notice at my current shitty job that offers no benefits, no sick pay and who do not value me at all.
