I know I will, I have a whole list I compiled over this year as to why. I just have never resigned before. Always had renewal contracts ans left at the end. I love my job unfortunately I never get a week where I am doing JUST my job and not putting out managers fires or being blamed for things that are not my responsibility. I have my family, friends, and partners support. But still. I know I will, my anxiety is just making me dread it.
