I haven't even started my new job yet and I just received an update telling me that my start date has been pushed back, I'll be starting 1 week later
5 paid days off, not taken out of my holiday just because the manager wanted me to have some time off before starting.
The message just said it was going to be an intense first 2 weeks so have a good break before my first day.
Along with the email there was a voucher for a local spa treatment to be booked anytime during the week off. It's part of a welcome pack that everyone gets.
The whole attitude and mentality sounds too good to be true, I just hope it's the same after I've started working there.
