My last company I worked for decided to add a structure where if you don't hit 80% of your target then you'll get 0 commission. In retaliation, I left the job and decided to go elsewhere.
Now this new job, I've just been told in a meeting where if I don't hit 60% of my targets then I'll get 0 commission.
Companies are so greedy they want to take your hard earn money for sales you make and now I'm considering quitting the job I've just joined because they've done the same thing as what my last company did.
