I own a lil construction company and I enjoy everything about my job except the clients. Not all of them of course but a few get past the guard and treat me like they own me because they’re purchasing a product from me that I manufacture.
It’s outdated boomer tech but has anyone experienced clients being aggressive, abusive, manipulative, disrespectful, generally just shitty people in the hope that it’ll help their cause?
It’s in my contracts that I can terminate contracts if clients can’t behave themselves but some people still try negotiating with goofy haymakers.
How do you manage delusional,shitty clients?
