I started a new job around 5 months ago, the first few weeks I absolutely loved it but after that it has been nothing but awful. I have had zero training and people ask me to do things that I have no idea how to do and offer no help when I ask for it. I had a meeting with a manager today who told me that people have been complaining that I'm not getting things done quickly and if I am I'm not doing it correctly or understanding what they are asking. I advised him that it's difficult to get things done when I have no idea what I'm doing and no one wants to help and his answer to that was 'you just need to ask the right people'.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to fail my probation period which ends next month which I'm not too bothered about if I'm honest, however I am a home owner and currently do not have enough savings to go a month or two without a job. Do I stick it out and try to resolve what's going on or shall I start looking for a new job now?
