I’m thinking I’ll probably be fired tomorrow for being painfully honest with my manager about his lack of leadership skills. I probably should have sugar coated my answer or straight up lied but when he asked me what was wrong, why my demeanour has changed, what’s happening, I didn’t feel like lying so I laid it all out there. Now im thinking I’ll probably get canned over it lol. Has anyone ever just told their manager the truth? What happened afterwards?
