I’m a barista and I work in a lovely little cafe in a semi rural (but very high end) town roughly 2 hrs from the nearest city. I had the rudest people come in today and they finished the interaction off with “oh us city people” in a very condescending tone (their was a lot of rude stuff said prior to this) Anyway so one of them comes back after I’ve served them and made their coffees and asks for a small almond cap, then looks at me and says do you even have almond milk? I saw my opportunity and went for it. I answered with “omg are you guys milking almonds in the city???!!!!” “What else do you milk?” He just looked stunned then I said only joking we have it! Lmao it felt good 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
