The title might sound confusing, but during the last few interviews I've had, the employer's have pointed out that I've had multiple jobs that only lasted a year or two.
For context: Over the last decade or so a I've worked at a lot of independent graphic design/print production businesses in my general area that have sadly shut down altogether for one reason or another, so as a result my job experience shows a lot of different places that didn't really last more than a couple years at most.
Can anyone explain why employers are so fixated on this detail? Or is it just something involving company loyalty bs?
