Antiwork

Hello everyone first post here. I have a question or more of a discussion point.

At this point this is pretty much old news to most here. A little back story I guess, I'm 26, I have worked manual labor my whole adult life. I can't afford to take vacation or miss work. The biggest luxury I offer myself is a relatively new midsize truck and I can usually play video games on my spare time. I always wondered growing up, why I couldn't make more money, I would always ask co workers and superiors. As I got older and prices of everything continued to go up but wages didn't go up, I figure somethings is wrong. If a business can't afford to pay their employees a decent wage, should they really be in business? Isn't this what free market is all about? How could we fix this? Or do you guys not see a problem? As soon as we begin to play the same games they play, it's unfair for them, look at what happened with the whole GameStop stock market reddit fiasco. Just seems things are extremely unbalanced. We work our life's away to make a few rich, and I mean a very few. I'm not sure anymore, what do you guys think. I know it could be worse but the reality is that most, if not all employers exploit the working class.
