Around November I got hired at a new job. My manager told me shes going to hire me full time. I told her Im leaving a full time job and I will only work here if I have full time hours. 40 hrs to 35 hrs a week. Now they have been cutting my hours for the past month to 20 hours… I asked her why and she said im still technically part time. I looked on my workday account and im under part time. I was lied to and I dont think I can do anything about it??? I just want to know if this was legal
I wouldve never worked there if I knew this would happen
