help me end my unemployment

2 of my manager references have yet to complete the survey and I hate to wait at this point. I am asking for 2 people to provide stellar references as my manager! It's about 20 multiple choice and 2 short answer questions. Less than 5 minutes of your time. Please help me end my unemployment.
