I seriously can't sleep at night sometimes because of what we pay our lowest paid employees. I'm not at the bottom but i'm close. I'd like to present something to our leadership team to help them understand. They all make fuck loads and are completely clueless on what it's like to struggle, and in this economy. I get the “we don't have money right now” comment from them, but then I process the bonuses and know it's that they just don't give a fuck. I really used to love working at this company, but i'm really struggling now.
Any advice on how to approach this? Or not approach this? Also need advice on keeping my sanity while having to buy all of my groceries on credit cards, while the people above me are getting $100,000 bonuses every year?
