So I was working for a company through a temp agency. I then applied to the company and got an offer letter(I signed) and took the physical/background and drug test.
Two weeks later offer is rescinded and was told it was due to my background. Which is bs since they hire felons and I have a clean background. Then they tell me it’s due to my drug test (I take Adderall as prescribed by my doctor) then they tell me it’s both. Background and drug test failure. Even though my prescription was confirmed legitimate. This is in California
Also I think it’s dope they hire felons. I love that about the company and think more places should. Not everyone’s past should be used against them ya know?
Anyways should I seek counsel or something?
