Help: What action(s) can I take against my abusive manager?

I work at a grocery store and I have an abusive manager, and I want her reprimanded. I will be putting in my 2 weeks shortly, but regardless I want her gone, nobody deserves to work for this monster, especially not at $10 an hour lmao. Some info that may be important: We are in Wisconsin, and we work at a Kroger store. I have sources that can back me up for most of these stories, and I believe we have security cameras if needed. Many other employees have left because of her, meanwhile all of my previous managers have had good relationships with me and have offered to be a reference if I need it. I work at a grocery store and I have an abusive manager, and I want her reprimanded. I will be putting in my 2 weeks shortly, but regardless I want her gone, nobody deserves to work for this monster, especially not at $10 an hour lmao.

Some info that may be important:

We are in Wisconsin, and we work at a Kroger store. I have sources that can back me up for most of these stories, and I believe we have security cameras if needed. Many other employees have left because of her, meanwhile all of my previous managers have had good relationships with me and have offered to be a reference if I need it. All coworkers I have spoken to side with me.

Here is a list of some things she has done:

– During my first time closing with her, she locked the main doors without telling me while I was bringing in carts (all the other managers signal to me before they lock up) causing me to crash into the door while running pushing several carts. I was told that when told “OP crashed into the doors” she shrugged and said “his fault”

– While there was no customers around at self-checkout, I was putting change in the register cuz it was really low. Without warning, she said “waste of time” and slammed the cover and I barely moved my fingers in time to get out of the register (I felt the wind on my fingers)

– Threatened to throw away my Mtn Dew bottle that I bought, for taking a sip during work (which I'm pretty sure is illegal, right?)

– A coworker told me that an old coworker who was 18 years old left because she was flirting with him (she is at least in her mid 30s)

  • Pressuring me to come into work when I politely turn her down, then acting passive aggressive towards me the rest of the day when I don’t give in

– Rude in general (f.e. randomly butting in a conversation to say “I wouldn't have” after I joked “hey, you hired me” to my store director, glaring at me and saying nothing after I come into work and say “hey how's it going”, etc.)

Today is what sent me over the edge…I wasn't able to get the carts from all the way across the parking lot (our store is in a strip mall) because my shift was over and she asked why I couldn't get them. I calmly explained that since our previous cartrunner had left early, he wasn't able to finish half his run, which left many cart corrals overflowing for me, which took longer (I almost always get everything done before my shift ends). She proceeded to call me “disrespectful” and when I said I'm only explaining why it took long, she said “no excuses” and she's gonna “speak to the store director about my behavior”.

Please y'all…any advice to help punish this woman would be much appreciated. I can only take the high road for so long.
