there is a phrase for when, primarily at work, in response to seemingly unfair requirements or demands, the worker complies with the request to the letter, so much so that their compliance is a problem… something along the lines of over compliance, but I'm certain I've heard a phrase that is just two words, something + compliance. googling it just returns a load of compliance law results… any ideas??
