So how many jobs/experiences have you had where they had painted a delightful picture in their job descriptions but when you started the work you realized it was nothing like they mentioned ? I've always realized how much companies bait people especially with lower standard jobs. Just because many people work these lower end jobs doesn't mean they are stupid.
I'm currently situated in Jacksonville , Florida (not originally from here) and have noticed that all the jobs I've had here so far are all scummy and reel you in with what sounds to be good until the job is actually far from it. Its been a noticeable trend and its become a toxic cycle cause most work environments out here seem to just take/dispose of people like plastic cause no one seems to know how to keep their workers happy and treated fairly.
