Higher salary for same exact position?

By recent law all employers have to disclose the minimum and maximum salary ranges. Because the salary ranges now needed to be addressed, we were told by HR that all new hires would be at a certain salary point within that scale. Instead, in most all cases current employees would be at the lower range. This means that new hires would be paid more than current employees for the same exact position. Additionally, these new hires seem to be behind in terms of skill set. Junior employees have been training these new employees who make more than them. I do not want to leave my current job, but I cannot justify someone being paid more than me just because they are new. I’m not sure of what to do because this is a corporate, non-unionized, 9-5 job. It’s a relatively large company as well in which I am very junior.…
