These companies are recruiting just graduates from Mexico, offering us big payments, benefits, a new experience working in the States, Visa
Actually, the truth is that the payment rates are 10.5 – 20 per hour… Depending on the State and the company

Most of the companies doesn't pay for Overtime, even if you work 40+ hours
The activities bare far from being an Animal Scientist; usually we are hired for power washing the pens, for the milking positions, or pretty much as general farm workers
This is a scam that keeps growing because either the Mex or the American government are truly regulating the work conditions
