Hired at $21 an hour, first paycheck is $17 rate, i quit on the spot today.

I was hired to be a lead production operator which requires me to be forklift certified, CPR certified, have a CFPM license, and oversee 3 other machine operators while operating 7 machines myself and doubling as a QA (quality assurance) tester. 12 hour shifts 4 days a week doing the job of 4 for shit pay. They required 2 years of supervisor experience 3 years of Warehouse experience and forklift experience 1 year of Machine Operating Experience On top of the certifications and license needed which most don't already have like i did. I have 6 years experience in warehouses/manufacturing, 3.5 years as a machine operator (Schwan's Food) and 2 years as a supervisor (was Cap2 supervisor at Walmart) and was the “perfect fit” a “smart person willing to work weird hours” by their own words. Saw my first paystub and quit. I got a new job lined…

They required 2 years of supervisor experience

3 years of Warehouse experience and forklift experience

1 year of Machine Operating Experience

On top of the certifications and license needed which most don't already have like i did.

I got a new job lined up for $25 an hour at Cargill. Fuck HR lies!
