Has anyone ever been hired for a job, but soon found themselves twiddling their thumbs? In my case (Professional Services) , I've been walking the floor, talking with people, and even offering my time to assist with projects they have on the boil. So it's not a lack of initiative on my part.
Thing is- I'm actually the only one in the office who is fully licensed and accredited – So I am an expensive resource to have. Very expensive.
It has me stumped. Personally, I don't get it.
