I just got done applying for a job called startek, It had me complete a 200 Question test, Behavioral test, typing exam, customer service simulator. and Now im at the end where its asking me to make a 2 minute video on why i want to work there. am I being stupid or is this a bit much? Edit: OH and it also had me download something to “check” my computer to see if its up to date, this is a work from home job too
