I was set to go study in Canada (coming from the Balkans), get a masters with the hope of my family joining me there after a year. Literally after getting accepted to a college, I got an offer from a company in Finland
30 days PTO, everyone in the company telling me not to be an idiot and work after hours, company funded relocation and settling period (for me AND my family), hour-long lunch breaks, people caring about work done, not sitting in the chair, free private and public healthcare, laws protecting employees.
