I'm in a profession where the average operator is getting paid around $40-50 an hour and I'm also living in an area with a high cost of living but I got screwed around by the company I'm working for and they seem to think I should he grateful on $33/hr when I can barely pay my bills and have no chance at saving. I'm entertaining offers from other companies at the moment because they keep stringing me along with “we're hoping to expand our operations soon and there will be opportunity for further pay and work”. After 6 months of this crap and being worked like a mule I'm over it. Their hopes and prayers for more work aren't going to help me keep food on the table for my family. I can't wait to be free of this
