I’m 22F and recently graduated. I’m taking year off before going to law school and I was wanting to find a legal assistant/paralegal job.
So my friend gave me her job’s information. She was working at an insurance lawyer office. So I reached out to her asking for job interview.
The day comes, she sends me the WRONG ADDRESS. When I met her she didn’t even shake my hand. I don’t know if most lawyers are like this, but she just seemed very cold and harsh. Anyways she asked me questions and some were very very personal like who was my horse back riding instructor?? What does that have to do with anything. And the end she told me she’s looking to hire now. And I said I want to take 2 more months before I start and she said oh I should’ve told you I’m looking for now before wasting your time.
I was so pissed and felt violated.
