Hospital wants me to train in hazardous material with no pay raise, the training is not optional. What can I do?

Hey guys, I'm an in-patient pharmacy tech in a hospital in Seattle, we make the IV's and deliver all the meds to the nursing stations while our pharmacists verify orders. Hey guys,

I'm an in-patient pharmacy tech in a hospital in Seattle, we make the IV's and deliver all the meds to the nursing stations while our pharmacists verify orders. I've been working at the hospital for a little over a year, I was trained about 6 months in to do sterile IV's and received a pay bump due to the extra responsibility.

Recently I was given the opportunity to train in our oncology infusion center where we make more expensive chemo meds. This involves different training, procedures and you'll be working with hazardous chemicals designed at a chemical level to fuck up you blood. I assumed there would be a pay raise, but assumed wrong.

I told my boss that I didn't want the training if there was no pay increase and was told it wasn't optional. I have a few weeks until the training starts, other than just walking out, which I'm willing but don't want to do unless necessary, what are my options?
