Does anyone else hate that companies force you to take an hour lunch, which leads you to stay late? It should be optional, like if the bosses want to stay until 5/6, that’s on them, but I want to leave by 4/4:30. Forcing an hour lunch and forcing everyone to work late, is NOT a great work/life balance.
