My year review is coming up, and I want to ask for $26, a 6$ increase from what I'm getting paid now. I've asked for raises before and gotten them, but I checked on Payscale and the website said I am getting paid more than any other person in my position with my credentials. That really took away the wind in my sails, and now I'm thinking of just asking for 24$ instead.
