I came home from work about five hours ago, I should be asleep right now and I know I will regret it in the morning. I work 40 hours a week, 5 days with 2 off. I wanted to paint my nails tonight but I am truly exhausted. My next day off is Thursday. I have no time for myself, to upkeep without doing so half heartedly, to see my friends, to relax. I am truly exhausted. I don’t want to live like this. Not now, not later, not ever. I have no joy.
