My job never was fully staffed from the start. Now they’re severely understaffed and lately even more people are quitting. Like they own 4 houses and there’s only 6 workers combined total for the 4 houses, 2 work part time. Management’s way to fix the issue is to give current workers more hours and ignoring my coworker’s complaints
Would it be shitty to just leave the job and make them suffer more?
