FYI, I've been job hunting while employed. My current salary is 60k for 50 hours of work. BUT, I actually only put in 20-25 hours of actual work.. Been with my company for about 18 years too. I get 5 weeks of PTO a year. Torn between losing precious life/work balance for what; another 20-25% more salary. What would y'all do?!.
