(Sorry, I'm not sure if this belongs here)
Our shift ends at 6pm, but it's extremely common that colleagues (even from previous companies I worked for) will stay till 6:30 pm or even 7:30 pm.
The problems is that when I'm in a call with them, I find it hard to say “look, I'm leaving now, we'll finish tomorrow”. And I also feel almost guilty when I close the pc at 6pm knowing that they are online even 1 hour later.
How can deal with these kind of things?
