I guess the title infers most of it ; my new boss wrote me up with HR for about 8 different points because I disagreed with a new rule. One of these points was because I smoke (tobacco) in my car during my breaks. Apparently, 'two witnesses' have seen me smoke pot in my car during my breaks. The CEO was asked to meet us and discuss each point ; and I had no choice but to sign the document.
My question would be ; where and how can I get a legit hair follicle test for cannabis? I do not and haven't smoked for years.
For the record I live in Gatineau, Quebec.
I'm trying to build a defense & invalidate the pot thing.
