Seriously.
I'm working a contract job in London, due to finish in 6 weeks. The management are awful, make it near impossible for me to do my job at every turn. I want to quit.
I spoke to a free UK employment law advisor today who confirmed that due to the specifics in my contract they could sue me for breach of contract if I quit.
So seriously, any ideas how I can get them to fire me instead of me leaving?
So far, I have refused to work in the office (hybrid working company) and am working from home, which has really pissed them off. And today I have barely done anything. Anything else you can think of? (please no illegal suggestions lol)
