How do i actually use the documentation I’ve been gathering?

Washington State, i work in a retail Grocery chain as a Meat Cutter. My shop has been falling into a depressive state for years and for a lot of it i have been gathering pictures, testimony, and keeping notes on bad habits, safety concerns… lack of sanitation being the primary concern (i clean up after the shop so i feel I know when i see it…) I have no actual clue what the hell to do with all of the photos and notes. I have been gathering this for say 4 years? Under 3 different bosses… and now were hitting a breaking point. Been ramping up the photos so i have actual recent stuff but i have been collecting for a long time. wondering if i can't take this to like health department, OSHA… and then what i would have to actually include. I just vaguely hoping this could be…

I just vaguely hoping this could be something that may do real damage to the store and may actually enact REAL change… not just concerned nods of “i get it” from sympathizers/coworkers or uncaring glares of an detached upper management/district OPs. Because if they are so concerned of there wallet: wouldn't such scrutiny do it?

These concerns can be summed up to
-significant lack of people leading to slack safety (slick floors and band saws make for a “great” combo don't they?)
-Health standard dropping (cleaning has been a major headache for all involved, leading to most giving up all together)
-Complete lack of communication from management (often leads to the afformentioned cleaning problems… nothing like not being told their is no cleaner for one reason or another, or my fave: being told as your clocking off.)

No cleaner? Meat and debre sits over night till it is handled by the poor sod that has to open…

what ever advice would be helpful… I'm finding it hard to put up with and feel powerless in current state. This sub has been helpful in recent weeks, so appreciate what ever help it can muster.
