How do I combat a feeling of stagnation?

I want to start off with saying that the management at work is genuinely great. I've been there nearly two years and have been treated well. When there are problems they really are addressed in a reasonable, timely manner. I'm paid well enough 24 an hour, have full health and retirement benefits, have great perks like free language classes, and completely free groceries. I am also, honestly, friends with my coworkers. On top of that I'm given agency to explore new ideas so I should never be bored right? I just feel that mobility and growth within the company is very limited. A) am I being a baby and I should be happy with what I got. B) should I search for a better place and more money cause the concept of work is mostly bullshit anyways? Thanks yall
