My coworker is too distracted by doing what he wants (his own personal stuff) while on the clock and because of this he is fucking up our custom orders. I'm the person who has to deal with the customers though…
When I tell my boss this is happening he tells me to treat my coworker like a baby and supervise, but that's not my job/ not what I was hired for & I don't have time to do that… I'm also not even in the same area of the building. It is also not my place to say anything. But my boss doesn't care.
What can I do??? I'm so stressed out I just want to quit (for more reasons than I can list.)
